Super cute with the matching jacket but the waist is so small. Exchanging the size 2 for a 4 and hoping I'll be able to button those without the rear being too baggy.

Cute enough but I have a wonky shoulder and even with side zipper this is so hard to take off. I thought I might be stuck in it all day until my bf got home and could help me out.

Just ok
Wore these once because I like the color. But as others have noted, the fabric is quite stiff and there's no button or hook at the top of the exposed zipper so it does not stay up when you move around. I wore a longer untucked shirt to cover any zipper slippage.

Probably my favorite rental yet
Liked it enough that I bought it! Super comfortable and flattering, and you really can dress it up or down. I wore it to a wedding with strappy stiletto sandals but it also looks good with flipflops. I do agree that the top runs big. I'm a size 2/4 with a broad back and shoulders, and the XS fits perfectly. But it wouldn't work on someone smaller-boned.

Perfect dress for fancy charity event with work colleagues
Usually I'm a size 2 but Black Halo dresses can run small so I got the 2 with the 4 as my back-up. 2 fit great except that the sleeves were super tight. 4 also fit and I could bend my arms but the neckline gaped and bunched a bit. So I wore the 2. As others have said, the fabric is quite heavy which was perfect for an outdoor evening event in October. The neckline is unusual in a good way. Definitely better if you have broader shoulders, which I do.
