Doing up my hair and wearing this dress for a romantic date at a nice Italian restaurant made me feel beautiful!
I got this for a date with my boyfriend in January, and I loved it! It was cute and flirty, and since I am shorter, the short length of the dress actually was perfect for me (came to just above my knees). The black sash was hard to figure out, and didn't look good on me, so I opted to go without. (luckily the sash is removable from the dress! Just remember to return it when you mail it back) The ruffles on one sleeve were very cute and I liked that although the restaurant we went to had me wishing I had symmetrical shoulders. Not the dress's fault at all - just that restaurants these days seem to be increasingly casual, and I actually felt overdressed in this cute, fun dress. But I would wear it again! :-)

I wore this dress to a friend's birthday lunch, and felt right at home, despite no one else dressing up very fancy. I didn't feel overdressed, and a couple of people admired my dress. The best moment was when one of my middle school students who was there asked me where she could get a dress like mine!
I got this dress in a size 0 and a size 2, as this was my first time renting from RTR, and I was in a size 0 bridesmaid dress for a wedding. As it turned out, the 2 was a perfect fit! I tried on the 0 and it did fit, but it was too tight in the wrong places. The dress is gorgeous, just the right fit for a party or even the workplace. I felt very pretty and attractive in this dress. My only complaint is that it is a little hard to zip/unzip the zipper in the back without either flexible limbs or an extra pair of hands.

Black Duds
In the picture, these look like great earrings, and they were actually a free bonus that came with renting two dresses at the same time. I was pretty excited about these earrings until they came in the mail. They were a bit bigger than I expected, and heavy. I also noticed that something was bent or missing a rhinestone (it's been a while so I can't remember exactly what was wrong with it). However, I ended up not using them for my outfits (since I didn't feel like they quite matched anyway).

We went to a fancy restaurant downtown and we were the best dressed couple in the whole place! I also liked that the dress kept me warm in the cold January weather.
I got this for my New Year's Eve date with my sweetie! The color is great, it is a very deep rich blue like in the picture. The material was like a velvet suede, which was great for keeping me warm in the cold weather. The one thing I did not like about the dress was the shoulder pads which were unusually large and bulky for my frame, and also that they were black pleather patches on top of the blue material. I felt that this was somewhat distracting and detracted from the overall beauty of the dress.
