Vibrant color and nice shape
This was a pretty blue, ruffley, and had a nice rhinestone and black "belt". I know I have put on some pounds but didn't expect to have to wear the 12 (it was my back up from the 10). My shorts from Banana are 4's--silly sizing. Anyway, it has black eppilets on the shoulders that kind of protrude out an inch or two but they were wrinkled funny so I just tucked them under the sleeves. The zipper up the back was substantial and gave it an interesting look. I wore it to dinner & a party.

This didn't fit... too small in the chest
I wear a 6 in recent dresses from Nordstrom but this 6 was too tight in the chest... despite fit notes that there is plenty of room in the bust and to order a size down for my back-up size. I feel that was misleading and should have ordered a size up. Otherwise, the aqua & silver dress was pretty and would have been great. The neck tie discussed in other reviews was missing but I doubt I would have worn it anyway.

Nice clutch but the hinge squeaked
This fit my iPhone, lipstick, and a small camera--perfect! The color was not as gold as I expected but more of a silvery gold. It was very pretty & makes me want to buy one! One of the hinges squeaked when I opened it.

Soft, comfy, and well made
I took my chances on this as a 2nd dress (only $25!) and it fit good and was nice for a casual rehearsal dinner. Although it was simple I get several compliments on it. I did decide to wear a strapless bra with it because the top above the chest is lace and not lined and I didn't want to see the straps of a nude or clear bra. I was not prepared to do that... maybe I overlooked that on the fit section.

It was a very pretty dress that made me feel good
I have a large chest (36DD) so had a hard time deciding between the M & L. The M was a little snug in the chest area and overall was more body-hugging but the lace shoulders on the L were too blousy and didn't look right. Also, I was worried the dress would slide lower & lower. The M was also shorter but it wasn't a big problem on me because I am short. Also, I would have preferred to wear a strapless bra because you can see through the lace shoulders but I wanted to be comfortable so I wore clear bra straps--those worked but I hate the light reflecting off those.
