FYI, you don't have to wear the belt either, or you could sub with a belt of your choosing. I wore some gold shoes and gold diamond studded earrings with a gold and diamond bracelet and received a lot of compliments.

I wore this as Maid of Honor for my Maid of Honor's wedding! It was very slimming and just overall flattering. It fit true to size and I didn't feel it was too long, but maybe because the occasion required something more demure. I wore a necklace similar to the one shown in the pic, but it would have looked great with a number of accessory options. I got a lot of compliments on this dress!

Thank goodness I had other options because this dress just didn't work for what I needed! The collar and neckline are actually quite beautiful and avant garde, but the skirt is so large (and this is from a gal with an ample backside mind you). The fabric is very stiff so if basically creates your shape whether you like it or not. I wear a 6 and it was way to big all over for me. I still feel like if I had chosen a size down it would have been roomy. This really is a bridesmaid dress and would be great if that's what you're going for.

My size wasn't available so I wore the next size up and it was pretty loose. Based on that, I'd say my correct size (6) would have been right on the money. Even wearing the next size up (with a fawn colored cardigan), I adored this dress! I received so many compliments it truly made my day/decision to rent it! It was really a unanimous crowd pleaser. I wore it to a wedding brunch at a fancy old hotel in San Francisco and was complimented by both young fahionistas, men, and mature women like the very stylish mother of the groom alike. Someone else mentioned that this is easy to snag and that put me on the alert so I didn't have any mishaps, but it is true. Don't go wearing that bracelet with the sharp rhinestones with this one.
