I fell in love with this dress from the pictures so much that I second-guessed myself on my original wedding outfit dress (Nicole Miller "A Fair Lady") and chose this one. When it arrived, the first thing I noticed was that it was a much flimsier material and extremely different color than I expected it to be. Much darker pink than the soft coral it appears in pictures! It also has a lot of ruching that I would not have expected from the pictures - yes, there is notable ruching in the pictures, but be warned that this spans the entire dress. It is a beautiful dress and I did see it on my smaller, skinnier friend and can honestly say that for a different occasion and body type, it would be smashing. On me, however, it was horrendous. Juice fast, here I come! In the meantime, my replacement dress won out (and was much more flattering on my "athletic"-turned-curvy petite frame.

I rented this thinking it would match my original RTR dress pick for my sister's wedding. I fell in love with it from the online pictures and trust me, this clutch is even more glorious in person!!! My emergency back-up dress with RTR did not match this so I let my friend use this purse. It looked GORGEOUS and I was super envious the whole time! Loved this clutch and will rent again. Couldn't find anywhere to buy this model online. If anyone knows let me know! I'd like to give this puppy a Forever Home.

I really enjoyed wearing this dress. As informal "maid of honor" to my sister in a really informal wedding party of 4 (that's including the B & G), I wanted something simple and versatile. Especially since the bride was wearing a short dress, I wanted a subdued short dress that would also not draw attention to my "winter weight." This dress highlighted extra curves and downplayed my less favorable ones. Really a flattering fit. I got compliments galore and reveled in feeling comfortable but, dare I say it, sexy? :) The hardest part of this dress was accessorizing - I didn't want to pair with black for this occasion, and finally found some Nine West grey-nude pumps with thin gold metal strap detail that worked excellently with this. But it took 3 frantic days of checking out various stores and boutiques to make up my mind on that one! Side note: RTR was fantastic, this was my first-choice, turned second-choice, turned last resort within a 2-day period - and RTR delivered. When my second-choice dress that I second-guessed myself on did NOT work, this one was an easy and stress-free replacement in the size I required for the last-minute dates that I needed it. Very fortunate.
