The fit is pretty tight everywhere except the shoulders. I have a pretty large chest and this barely zipped up but the sleeves fell down consistently throughout the night

This dress fit perfectly. I sometimes find that medium dresses fit me well in the middle and loose at the shoulders but this was spot on. I paired this with a blazer as it was a bit chilly
