I rented this dress for an October wedding in a beach town (but not necessarily on the beach). The fabric is great (color and lightness) and ordering the petite length was the smartest decision - I'm 5ft flat, and even the petite length was kind of long. I had to pick it up to walk or dance. With 2 inch platforms it wasn't horrible, but would probably have been better with higher heels. I ordered the 8R as my second size, and it was like 6 inches longer it seemed, there was no WAY I could have worn it. Normally I wear an 8 so I think this dress runs a little large. Also I am a 34 DD and the top was not too tight but snug enough that I didn't have to wear a bra (a little smooshing action but not bad). I ALWAYS have to wear a bra so this was great, the band around the top portion gives good support. Overall, a great dress!

I wore this dress for an August bachelorette party in TX. Despite the warm weather I was pretty comfortable throughout the night. I'm short so the dress was a bit long on me (almost knee-length) but the poofy skirt was fun to dance in. Overall a great dress; I'm glad I chose it.

I wore this dress for a September wedding. I loved the length (I'm short so it was just about knee-length) and fabric; it was comfortable even after dancing all night. My pic doesn't do the teal color justice - it is very pretty and great for fall. I found the dress to be somewhat big in the shoulder/upper back area, but fit fine in the bust & waist areas. LOVE the pockets! Would definitely recommend to others.

I was having trouble deciding on a dress for my bridal shower when my MOH suggested this one. It was very comfortable, and the color looked great in pictures and in person. Plus -- POCKETS! I was able to carry my phone around in my pocket which was nice. I ordered an 8 and a 10, and ended up wearing the 8. Even the 8 was a little big in the top area (the back gaped a bit), but it was comfortable. I think if I had gotten a smaller size, the arms would have been too tight. Also, because I'm short the dress was a little long (past my knees), but I was okay with that given the occasion. Overall a great dress, I got a lot of compliments. So glad I ordered it!
