Silicon, backless bra is a helpful must!
Love this dress! So many compliments all night at a wedding. Bought a backless silicon bra to control cleavage and double sided tape to keep top flat against chest. It was a sexy perfect fit!

Normally wear a 6. Ordered both 6 and 8 based on previous reviews. The 6 was perfect. I did not wear this dress to my event, but I can tell that the reviews about it staying up on the chest without tugging is true!
