Tiny!
The circumference of the waistline is like four inches. Granted, it's stretchy. But the body of the dress is pleated. Scary tummy dress.

What's with the tie?
It's cute but the tie at the waist is weird. There are buttonholes along it and there's a button on one side of the blouse. Could not figure out what was intended with this - I just tied it and it looked a bit sloppy.

Once you find a belt of your own to manage this monster, the look is nice. But it’s totally not worth it. This dress is ridiculously heavy! It weighs more than any winter coat I have ever owned. I had a backache at the end of the night because it was so heavy!!
