Needs a steamer
I only recommend if you have a steamer. Wrinkles easily but once steamed should stay wrinkle free through event.

I usually wear a 26 or 27. I got a 27 in this and felt a big snug in the waist. They did stretch a bit, so if you like pretty snug then go with usual size. If you want comfort, size up.
