My phone photos do not do this dress the justice it deserves. It is so perfectly well made of a pseudo scuba fabric but softer. The color is more of a plum/hot pink than what presents here. The fit is perfect for my petite frame and the length hits at mid calf on 5'3". I received a lot of compliments on it's flattering silhouette. I would highly recommend renting this for work or if you are presenting at a conference. The color alone demands attention. I wore this with a black ankle strap pointy toe heel.

It is so well made and the 14 fits my petite shape well. Plenty of room in the bust for large busted women and perfect length for shorter frames. If you are self conscious about going sleeveless, this look has a very flattering sleeveless design that has a bit more coverage. I wore this dress with a black pointy ankle strap heel. It would also be cute with a pair of flashy vans for a more casual vintage look.

I am between a 12/14, large bust, petite (5'3") and hourglass. I wanted this dress for job interviews and was looking for a more fitted/clean look. In RTR's defense, I did order this in a plus size (as I have a large chest) and it was huge. The sleeves went past my fingers, and the dress looked as if I was playing dress-up in my mum's clothes. The fabric and construction of the dress are gorgeous. Unfortunately the size I ordered is the smallest. With that said, if you wear a 16W, the 14W should fit like a glove.
