I bought this dress to own. I am 38 and petite. I normally wear a 2 or 4 depending on brand. I can get away with wearing clothes from the junior section but I hate it when things start to look to young like the dress section. If I shop in the petite section dress tend to look much too old. I bought this dress as a last hope. I went with a 6 because the reviews said the dress ran small. I ordered the 6L because that as all that was left in a 6. I had to have it taken in a bit and cut to the appropriate length but all in all I was please with the purchase and price. If you are buying to own take to a good taylor and have them run a top stitch under the top layer. This will keep the top of the dress up and stop the inside material from peeking up and you will not have to mess with it.

I rented this dress in a small and a medium for a friends wedding. I am 4 months pregnant and my husband and I just recently started telling people so I was looking for a dress that hid my bump a bit. I ended up wearing the small and not only did I get a lot of compliments but once our friends knew I was pregnant eveyone kept on saying how you couldn't even tell. The dress was plenty room so as not to bother my new belly and yet not huge where it looks like you are wering a tent of a maternity dress. I have several weddings this year and I plan to rent more since I don't see the sense in owning a party dress while my body is still changing.

I rented this dress for a formal wedding. I had tried it on in the store and really liked it then a friend of mine told me about renting it on this site. I was thrilled because I couldn't see owning this dress as it was one of those things you really only wear once. When the dress arrived I found that it a bit dull from the cleaning process and the train was cut off. I wasn't pleased with it so I returned it. I still like the idea or rentals, this one just wasn't for me but the service was fast and well as the refund.
