Head-turner--prepare to be noticed!
This dress has a couple lovely attributes that make it basically universally flattering: One, you can adjust the wrap to customize the fit and define your waist, making it easy to flatter your figure. Two, the fabric flows over any problem areas on your bottom half while simultaneously drawing the eye up with the daring neckline--great for us pear-shaped ladies! This dress works best if you are smaller-chested, as you cannot wear this with a bra, or arguably even pasties; the fabric is so thin you can see their outline through the dress (yikes!). That said, the overall effect is more "old-Hollywood" than risque, despite the neckline--especially if you pair it with romantic hair and makeup, and a little sparkle.* *I should note that at least 30% of the women at this event were wearing RTR gowns I recognized from the site...and while I did see some doubles in the room (oops), luckily none of them wore this one! I guess the good news is getting out about this place. :)

Fun, brightly colored dress for birthday party. Paired with gold sparkly heels to kick it up a notch. Cut of dress is more demure on, even on my 5'9 frame--knee length, low neckline, but not plunging--so the sexiness comes from the dress' form-fitting bandage style and color. Will flatten your chest if you are smaller-chested, so would recommend inserts if you're self-conscious.

Just sexy enough..
Wore this to an evening networking function and it was a big hit! A little professional, a little sexy, and a whole lotta fun. Pear shapes rejoice--this dress is made for your body! Make sure you get the size that will fit the smallest part of your waist--I am usually a 4/6 on top, and even the 4 was a little loose on my waist. Would definitely not recommend the dress for anyone above a C-cup--the dress is very fitted on top and would probably flatten a large chest. Also, the dress is a dark blue in person, not black, so coordinate your accessories accordingly. Have fun!

The first and only time I've been called "a babe" was in this dress.
Look and feel like a total babe in this dress. I rented this for a black tie wedding in Manhattan and it was easily one of the most beautiful dresses there. Universally flattering, it has a good bit of stretch so it hugs your curves and hides any imperfections. If you're a "pear" like me and worry about a dress fitting both your waist AND your hips/butt, this dress will answer your prayers. Fit advice: Get the size that fits your waist; the stretch will take care of the rest. A note of caution: As some of the other reviewers said, be prepared to be poked all night by the boning in the dress sticking out of the seams! I actually had a pretty good mark on my chest for a few days from where the boning scraped me all night. Well, beauty is pain I suppose..

This dress was a show-stopper!
This was easily one of the prettiest gowns at the event I attended. Groups of girls stopped memore than once to ask where I got the dress, which was a great opportunity to gush about RTR! Fit-wise: I am 5'9 and generally a size 4-6 on top and 8-10 on the bottom, so the Medium/Long (I was wearing 4in heels) fit fabulously. This is a great dress for pear shapes, because it has a bit of stretch, and shows off narrow shoulders and a delicate decolletage while skimming over the rest of your...curves on your lower body. :p (For the petite or very straight-hipped, though. I might opt for a different style.)
