I love the style of this dress; it really is beautiful and I wish I could have worn it. However, I was renting for a dinner party in NYC in the summer. The material of the dress is surprisingly heavy and the boning in the top makes it heavier. Also, I found the boning in the top half of the dress to add unnecessary volume to my figure. It was not fitted to my body, even though other parts of the dress (the arms, the waist) seemed just right. The dress was made for someone with a bigger ribcage and bust. I'm petite, but not without curves and not terribly skinny so maybe it runs a tad big up top.

This dress is very comfortable, and I found it to be flattering though not revealing. The print makes it a little spicy but it's not tight or too short. It was perfect for an outdoor rehearsal dinner at a resort. I'm 5'3", 118 lbs, and a 2 fit perfectly. The "sleeve" on one side drapes nicely and makes the dress a little less bare. The material does catch easily, though, so be careful if you're wearing any jewelry or a purse with a buckle that could drag on the dress.
