Well RL never disappoints…

A true “lemon” on…
I was initially drawn to this summer dress for its cheery lemon yellow hue—bright, uplifting, and perfect for warm weather. Unfortunately, the design didn’t live up to the promise of the color. The attached crinoline slip gave the dress an awkward, overly stiff and puffy silhouette that felt more costume than casual chic. Combined with the overly youthful lines and cut, the overall effect was juvenile rather than fresh. It’s a shame because the fabric and color had potential, but the shape and styling just didn’t do it justice.

Wrinkles, wrinkles and ego bruising sizing!
Disappointing Fit & Fabric I wanted to love this dress—the design looked promising online—but unfortunately, it missed the mark. It runs at least two sizes small, so unless you’re ready to size up significantly, it’s a struggle to button. One redeeming feature was a very chic and flattering cut sleeve. Once I managed to try it, the fit was uncomfortably tight and unflattering. I will give it a go in a larger size. Even more frustrating is the fabric—it wrinkles the moment you sit down or move around. It was delivered a wrinkly mess, so steaming and then starch and pressing was a must.Overall, disappointing for such an expensive designer dress.

This is a shapeless shift dress
Unlike other pieces from this designer, this dress runs large. It was too large and swallowed me up. The fabric, construction and details were all so luxe, it was unfortunate I was not able to wear it. The styling is very retro and fun, and I believe the length is perfect. Sadly I couldn’t even belt this to get a wear out of it…

As with other Veronica Beard blazers, the tailoring is feminine and impeccable. This jacket can be dressed up or down, and the colors are neutral. I may purchase this, as I wore it several times and received so many compliments. It makes you stand up straighter, feel empowered and sexy!

This is truly more spectacular in person. Worn with a white t, the matching pants and some Valentino's. Everywhere I went women stopped me to compliment this outfit! If it weren't so memorable I would have purchased it immediately, My husband loved it and he prefers skirts and legs, but these pants give you legs for days! Perfect spring stunner.

It is a fun and funky twist on a basic sweater dress. I did not get to wear it as the weather tuned warm. I will say that the bottom skirt was stretched out and misshaped. Perhaps it was just the particular dress delivered.

Wonderfully constructed , beautiful fabrics. The perfect mix of patterns and boxy silhouette.. It can be understated with a sheath dress or a focal piece with jeans and a t-shirt. The dual patterns are unexpected and chic. It is a boxy silhouette, but the sleeves and shoulders are true to size. If it weren't the end of winter season I would have purchased this artfully constructed piece!
