Definitely size down - I wear a 10/12 (usually smaller on tops and lean toward 12 on bottom) and these were falling off me. I probably would need an 8 in them based on the fit.

The material of this top feels cheap - I really didn't like it. Other than that, the fit was cute, except it pulled a bit at my chest. If you're a bigger chested gal I wouldn't recommend this top.
