Better for petites
Rented this for a special occasion but could not wear it unfortunately. It runs about 2 sizes small. Also, not for tall women. The dress curves out at the hips then back in. If that curve hits above your hips like me, it’s going to look strange. Would work better for someone very petite.

This is a high-quality piece. But, it's very tight across the lower abdomen, which was unflattering, despite ordering a larger size based on other reviews. I did not end up wearing it.

Warm & Flattering!
I got so much use out of this super-warm wool trench during a work trip to Toronto. It's heavy and VERY warm and very stylish. The cinched waist is very flattering. I wish it had a tie belt for convenience, as the buckle was kind of annoying to deal with everytime I took the coat on or off, but it was very flattering.
