I typically wear a 6 or 8 (depending on the designer) and the 44 fit me like a dream... it even left a little room in the tummy area! I'm a bit short (5'4") so the dress hit at the middle of my knee-- not above like it does on the model. I also have a large chest and the little bralette inside the dress was NOT enough to hold up the girls. Overall, I felt hot and I would rent it again!

I wore this dress for my bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! The other girls wore dark colors, so my bright yellow dress totally stood out. I was happy that it left a bit of room in the waist/tummy area so I could eat dinner without fear of looking preggers! The sleeves aren't too tight and allowed room to breathe. The description of the dress says that it can be worn with a standard bra, but I found that I didn't need one (and I have a sizable chest). Bra straps would show through--unless you wore a nude or strapless bra. I got lots of compliments on the dress and would definitely recommend it to others!

I received both the 6 and the 8. The 6 fit like a glove but I decided to wear the 8, as the length was a bit more appropriate for the black tie optional wedding we attended (plus I wanted to be able to eat wedding cake)! I received lots of compliments on this dress and felt like a stone cold fox all night! My only complaint is that, due to the shift-style of the dress, I couldn't lift my arms above my head without the dress riding up a bit and bunching around the chest. However, I didn't mind because the pros TOTALLY outweighed that one con!
