I have a large bust (36H) and am petite (5'0") and this dress was perfect for my body type. I had to go up two sizes to accommodate my bust and the dress was still a bit tight on top. I did non-permanent alterations on the straps to take them up about 1.5" to really make it fit well. (The seamstress handstitched the strap, then used a wide basting stitch to make it flat.) In retrospect, I should have bought a bra that had a bit more of a plunge, as I had trouble with my regular nude bra peaking out, especially when I sat. I wore this to the Finding Dory movie premiere in Hollywood and had numerous compliments on the dress. The fabric is really stunning.
