Giant shoulderpads
I ordered this a size larger than my regular size and it was giant and boxy with a weird tail ruffle. Even a size down, the shoulderpads would not be flattering!

Sizing is way off
I don't know what magic the other renter's pulled but I could not get this zipped to save my life. It was too tight in the rib cage area. I'm typically between a 2-4 and the 4 did not zip up, not even close.

Great look and feel!
This has such an awesome look and was perfect for low 50s weather. It's a bit more textural in person, but I like the material and colors. 2 complaints: 1. the zipper on the back catches your hair. 2. the pockets are far back on the sides which made them difficult to use

I've tried 2 different sizes and it still didn't fit!
You might want to go 2 sizes up. It's super tight in the shoulders/arms chest area. The pattern is adorable, but even after sizing up it was unwearable!

Drab color
The color is this dull pinkish white color, rather than the clean linen white that I expected. Didn't match the jacket I intended to wear it with, and otherwise was pretty blah.

Awesome Resource for Fashion, Terrible Logistics
I have had Unlimited for about a year, and overall it has been so much fun to try on new styles every week and I love the quality of the items. However, the amount of times I've had to stress about delivery mishaps and general logistic errors- makes me question if it is worth it. Common problems: 1. Items becoming unavailable/ insufficient communication about it. If I place an order at 8am, why am I notified at 3pm that my item is unavailable, a full 7 hours later? 2. Everything is manual when something goes wrong. Sometimes the self return in store doesn't work or the app breaks and I have to manually adjust my items. It feels like the customer really has to do a lot in order to rectify it- rather than the ease and care you'd expect from a service like RTR. 3. Inconsistent customer service. Sometimes the associates are very personable, other times they are completely unhelpful. There appears to be no protocol. 4. Unreliable Shipping. I've had items stolen because UPS leaves a garment bag of expensive clothing out on a NYC sidewalk, instead of safely delivering to a UPS access point, or rescheduling delivery. RTR has in turn threatened to charge me, instead of holding UPS accountable for their mistake. Other times, RTR uses disreputable 3rd party couriers with insufficient tracking and late deliveries. You'd expect a higher level of customer service for Unlimited, and more care for such high-end items. At first I thought it was because RTR is relatively new- kind of a start up concept-still figuring out what works. But my tolerance is starting to wane.

Not coral!
The color of the photo is way off. The shirt is neon highlighter pink in person. So very bright! I liked how it looked on, and is a fun top for sure, but it needs to be said that this is not the soft coral color as I expected based on the picture!

I rented this for my friend's bachelorette party. It was perfect! The dress is so unique and flattering. I'm in between sizes and was able to get away with the smaller size. Wish I could buy this one!

The wrap is super low cut- I wore a black cami underneath. I also couldn't button the wrap part- dress was too tight so if you're in between sizes like me, definitely get the larger size!

So cute, but rides up!
I love the style of this dress! Was so cute and received compliments. However, the way the slip and sheer part are attached makes for an awkward fit. The buttons come up too high, and the elastic waist cinches the shift. Had to keep adjusting/ pulling down the shift since it rides up as soon as you start walking. Even though it wasn't too small, I recommend sizing up since the fit issue makes it feel shorter than it is.

Versatile and bold!
Rented this for my best friend's bridal shower but I also wore it to work! It's a unique print and was perfect for the 65 degree spring weather and beach theme for the bridal shower. I recommend sizing up. I'm normally a 2 in most dresses and the 40 fit comfortably because this fabric is thick with no stretch.

Easy to wear. Client Meeting material!
This top has a perfect cut and is very flattering on most body types. I wore for a client meeting with black pants (not the jeans in the photo) the sleeves are 3/4 which works well wih the ruffle- they didnt get in the way!

Fun pop pf color to complete an outfit
Love the details on this bag. I wore this twice- once with RTR's Yigal Azrouel black lace cold shoulder top and jeans, and secondly with RTR's Sail to Sable flounced navy top and black pants. Functionally, this clutch is not the grestest for its larger size. It was a bit cumbersome the more non-flat stuff I put in it, and the magnet was weak, so I had to be careful that nothing fell out when worn as a wristlet. Overall, very cute statement piece to elevate your look!

Weird fit
Overall fit was large, but its restrictive in the sleeves. I have a short torso so the skirt fell at a weird length on me. Cute print and good for casual work to dinner- just wasnt a good fit on me!

Shirt dress with fun details
I enjoyed this piece! It is great as a casual work dress worn with sheer tights. The pattern is raised, actual knit on the fabric- definitely well made. I like the overall look, but the top/ torso of the dress is pretty long. So the sleeve-like tie in the front fell lower than my natural waist, which felt a bit awkward.

Nice polished look, but couldn't wear it for long
I love the look of this dress...and pockets!!! But after just an hour or so of wear it was uncomfortable. It's super tight around the ribs and it is hard to sit in without the skirt rolling up.

Birthday/ Anniversary Dress
I wore this to a special dinner and it was perfect! The subtle sunflower pattern is so beautiful. I was worried the low cut would be too revealing, but the size of the eyelet was completely fine; I was able to wear it to work before dinner. It runs very small, I recommend going 2 sizes up- I only went one size up and it was still a squeeze. I was able to wear this comfortably without a bra.

Professional and fun
This fit nice and the silk is so soft. I was told it would arrive without the slip, but decided to rent it anyway. The fabric is a bit sheer in some light, so I ended up wearing a layer underneath anyway. The front is lowcut and kept slipping around, so I had to keep adjusting, but I did enjoy the overall look of this piece!

Weird sizing
This looks more navy than purple in person. It is very short, and tight in the crotch. I have a short torso, so I wasn't expecting this problem. Extending the straps didn't help, it made the top more lowcut and it was still uncomfortable. The overall effect was indecent, so unfortunately I could not wear this piece!

This is flattering and fun to wear! Pockets are also a big plus. Do note, if you have small and narrow shoulders like me, this does tend to fit weird when you sit down. The material is a bit stiff so as I was sitting, it would shift up and off my shoulders a bit
