Both sizes fit but did end up ultimately wearing the back up size. Received lots of compliments at holiday party. Was comfortable to wear and the pockets were an added plus!!

I had two events and this dress was perfect for both of them!! An afternoon at the Theater and a baby shower. I rented a size 10 and it was perfect, fell just at the knees (I'm 5'5) and fit perfect. I'm usually around 155 and a size 10 fit perfectly.

I originally ordered a 12r but decided on the backup size, 14r. There was not a big difference in the overall fit but the larger size seemed to be a little bit shorter which since I was already in 4inch wedge sandles and the dress was still "grazing" the floor. A few strips of double sided tape and I was good to go!!
