It did run small, as other reviews said. I rented a Medium and a Large and wore the Medium. It does have a little stretch. I filled out the top part so there wasn't any gaping on the sleeveless side. The color is really nice. The length was perfect.

Fit was overall true to size but I felt that it was a little tight around the middle for a 4, I wore it anyway and just sucked it in :). It's a great shape and gives an hour glass figure for someone who's got a straight figure like I do. The tulle had to be steamed, as others have commented, but after that it was good to go! I got so many complements on this dress and it was so much fun to dance in, the skirt twirls beautifully ;) I felt that the length was perfect, I'm 5'3" and it was short on me but not too short. I definitely recommend this dress. Lots of fun.

Fit was true to size, I wore it with a regular bra. The material is thin but not see through. The waist band is very stretchy. The small fit too but I wore the extra small to get a shorter length on the shorts. The top snapped closed with a little snap that worked fine. It was difficult to get on and off to go to the bathroom, but that's to be expected with a romper. It arrived on time in great condition. I highly recommend RTR and this romper!
