This was a TERRIBLE experience!
I reserved this gorgeous dress and my backup size months before my big event. On Tuesday, the week of my event, RTR sends an email saying they don't have my backup size available and to pick another dress. There was very little selection on such short notice, so I picked something that I barely liked just in case. Turns out the primary size was too tight around my ribs and that I needed my backup size. However, since it was a completely different dress, it was enormous, and I couldn't wear it! I had to wear an old black dress of my own to the event that I had planned for months around the RTR dress. I deserve my money back as I got ZERO value and TONS of stress from this experience. I cannot believe that RTR couldn't do better in this situation, and I will not use the event dress service again. DO NOT RECOMMEND
