I've never gotten as many compliments on a dress as I did on this one. I usually wear a medium or size 6, but the small fit much better. I would strongly consider sizing down one size. There is elastic around the waist where the zipper is in the back so it felt very stretchy. I have no chest and I didn't have to wear any body tape and I didn't worry about the top sliding around. It is very long though so I would plan to wear a higher heel. Loved this dress and felt so confident!

I didn’t end up wearing this dress because it didn’t fit properly. I’m normally a 6 and tried on the 8, and it didn’t fit over my hips. The slit was awkwardly positioned so every time I moved it would bunch up. My waist is about 28” and my hips are 40” so I often struggle finding dresses that fit well. I wasn’t too impressed with this and think it would fantastic for someone a bit narrower build.

I was so surprised with the way this fit! I loved it! My waist is about 28” and my hips are 40” so I often struggle with dresses not fitting or making me look too wide. This dress looked fantastic! It was stretchy and the material was double-lined so it didn’t show any bumps on my body. It was really flattering. I will note that I have a longer torso and I think that’s partially what made the dress fit well because the cut-outs on the side were positioned well. The slit and cut-outs made the dress sexy but still formal. Would definitely re-rent, almost considered buying!
