Little big
Despite 0P; this was too long and slightly too big. I'm 5'1 and a little less than 100 lbs. so if you're truly petite this may not work. That said if you are a little bigger on top it likely would work but that for me was wear it was way too big and then a little long.

Petite Friendly
I'm 5'1 and 100lbs and this worked for a black tie optional summer wedding. As a truly petite person RTR has pros and cons since it's hard to find 00P or 0P. This dress worked well given it's length would be midi on normal height but my 5'1 frame it was able to work by being ankle length. And the elastic waist help to make it not appear saggy. Looked very nice.
