So many compliments!
I received so many compliments on this dress. It's also such a breathable and comfortable dress which made it that much better. I usually wear a 4 or 6 in many of the RTR dresses and the small fit me. I'm also almost 5'9" and the length was perfect.

It's a comfortable fit, I just wish it was a little longer in length (I'm almost 5'9") but that's the only complaint I had for this one. It's perfect for summer!

The dreaded side-zipper
The overall fit was true to size & I absolutely loved it until the dreaded side-zipper. You get it halfway up & then it can't function when it has to get over the waist/belt (major eye roll emoji). Once I exhausted my energy (& the thin layer of skin on my index finger), I was finally able to get it to zip all the way! I thought I was in the clear...until 20 min later when I was getting ready for work, the teeth in the middle of the zipper decided to peel, making this dress unwearable.

Get Ready for the Compliments
I do have my ears pierced, but these clip-on earrings were comfortable the entire time & never even budged from where I clipped them. I received more compliments on my earrings than on my RTR dress. Pair it with a solid dress and you're good to go.

Perfect for a black tie preferred fall wedding in the south
I'm nearly 5'9" and since the 4L was the only size available for the wedding I was attending in Savannah, GA in early October, it fit the bill. It was sleek & elegant and even had a little bit of a train in the back. I wore with 4" heels and was fine walking and dancing the night away. No complaints!

I tried to wear this to work, but the size I ordered was just too big.
I typically can go back & forth between a size 4 & a size 6 in dresses, but this dress runs on the larger side. The size 4 option was unavailable when I placed my order.

Perfect for Work!
I am usually between a size 4 and a size 6, but after reading other RTR reviews on this dress, I went for the 6 and I'm glad I did. It was long enough for work and fit comfortably over my broad shoulders. Thick enough fabric for a cold New England day at work. So sad I didn't take a photo.

This dress is stunning. Get ready for compliments & to be the center of attention.
This was my first order with RTR and I was nervous since my normal dress size US 4 was not available for the dates I needed. So, I took a leap of faith, ordered the IT 40 (US 2) & IT 44 (US 6). Since I ordered it for a work sponsored event (I work in tv). The event was a fundraiser with a Mardi Gras masquerade theme, so I had to have a dress that was appropriate for the event & on the air. I received the two dresses and while on the hangers, the US 2 looked super small and the US 6 looked large. I tried on the US 2 and it surprisingly fit perfectly. I couldn't keep count of the number of compliments that I received from viewers, coworkers, and the attendees at the fundraiser. Word to the wise- be prepared to wear unlined undergarments since the material (especially in the back) is more shear than the front of the dress since the ruffle along the left hip/leg is more sturdy.
