Wore this cropped sweater to work and to a book signing event with black high waisted jeans and booties. Everyone loved the print! It was super comfortable and fun, but not warm at all. The weather was mid-60s/cloudy and I definitely needed a thicker sweater outside, or maybe I just get cold easily. Very cute top, but not necessarily my style. It looks great on everyone, I got compliments and I even liked how I looked in the mirror, but it wasn’t comfortable for me at all. Definitely the most popular outfit I’ve worn to work. I got quite a few “Foxxy Cleopatra” references too. (I’ll take it!) it’s very easy to put on, isn’t tight in the torso for my almost. 5”9 frame and doesn’t pull at the neck. The only issue was that there was a noticeable inch of space in the chest area, where it had been stretched out from larger chests. I anticipated this since I am a B cup, so I just tightened the strap as much as I could to at least stop my chest area from showing past the seam. Very comfortable, thick fabric with a vibrant color. The slit is definitely high for my height especially since I wore this to work. I had to twist the dress around my hips to sit down without showing everything. Even then, my entire thigh was showing. Still loved the dress and wore it again to a more casual event. Wore with FILA’s to go with the sporty look and received many compliments on the fit and color. FOR SIZING: I am usually an 8 when the dress is tight around my hips. Just started getting chilly where I am located and I was so excited to try a sweater from RTR! This was THE most comfortable sweater I have ever worn. I loved it so much and wore it 3 times. To a listening party, work and a bookstore event. I also got compliments from women and men on the quality and color. I was intending to wear this as a dress, but couldn’t get away with it due to my height and the slit on the side, which came to the top of my hip! Therefore, i wore it with high waisted black leggings and booties. The neck fit perfectly and the sleeves were a perfect length for my long arms. I hate when sleeves barely reach to my wrist. This is a VERY nice dress! Thick, quality material with no give. I need a size up when selecting a dress that is tight around my hips, so I had a perfect fit on top, but I had NO room left around my hips (41"). This dress is pretty much just for an A or B cup. I had the perfect amount of room with my B cup (35" bust) to feel secure without being too binding on top. I did have to be very careful sitting down, but was pretty comfortable with dancing. The hem was just below my knees which makes up for the cut outs and tightness. I wore this dress to a music event and, thankfully, I needed to stand most of the time so the difficulty of sitting down only affected me in the car. I received a lot of compliments on the quality of the dress. Many said it was classy, with just enough sexy to still be appropriate for the event. -jasleigh

I was so excited to see the pleats through the bag! I got a little nervous about the weight when pulling it off the hanger, but I did take into account that reviews said the material was thick. Lightweight once I had it on though and it feels sooooo comfortable! The dress is not tight, just forms naturally to your body and fits true to size. The hem was just above my knees and due to the heavy material, the skirt doesn’t blow up much which was helpful since it was windy the first time I wore it. I intended to wear it only for work, but it was so comfortable and fun that I decided to wear it to a family member’s Sunday volleyball game too. Felt totally fine in 80 degrees/cloudy and 90 degrees/sunny weather. Just wore a jean jacket in the air conditioned office. It’s not really a closet staple for me, more like just a fun outfit to try out. Possibly would buy if it wasn’t SO noticeable as “a cheerleader outfit”. Every single compliment was paired with “You look like a cheerleader!” I imagined a fun, playful and casual dress and that’s exactly what I got! - jasleigh
