Cute jacket - got compliments
The fabric was a little thick for my preference, but I liked the slim cropped fit.

VERY large.
I am a true 28 in every denim brand, but I sized down to a 27 because I have these same jeans in a lighter wash. This fit was completely different - these were much longer and at least a full size too big.

I've never tried on a more unflattering dress
I didn't wear this because it looked horrible on me. It was tight and the fabric was super thin - showing every imperfection. I would've had to wear Spanx to make it work, which really defeats the purpose of an easy t-shirt dress.

Runs very large, sleeve detail is awkward
I love the look of this dress on the hanger, but it did not look good on. The sizing runs really large, which is unusual for this brand. The sleeve detail flops awkwardly and I couldn’t get it to lay right. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to wear the dress due to these issues.

Pretty, but tiny
I've worn the yellow dotted version of this dress before in a 6, but this was so tight (in the same size 6) that I couldn't wear it. The shoulders also seem more puffy (wider) than the yellow dot version.

Didn't wear because I couldn't squeeze into it.
There was no chance this was buttoning up over my chest, so I recommend sizing up. It is also quite low cut, so I don't think I could've worn it to work even if it fit properly. If you are on the shorter side you will need heels. This touches the ground for me at 5'4".

I sized up to a large, and it looked like I was trying to wrap a handkerchief around my body. I guess size up 2-3 sizes? Or better yet, just choose something else.

Just okay for me, but would be great for a very slim body type.
I rented this after seeing it look adorable on pencilandpaperco on Instagram. It was a bit low cut for my large chest, and all the fullness at the top wasn't very flattering for my shape. BUT- if you have a slim body type and a smaller chest, then definitely try this- it's got lots of potential. Just size down to combat the fullness!

Great for a cold day!
Overall, I thought this was a cool dress and I got lots of compliments. However, two things to note: #1 it's a very warm dress, so make sure you wear it in cool weather or you'll be dying. #2 the pattern creates an upside down U on your thighs. Some people in the other reviews liked this, but I felt like it added bulk to my shape.

Amazing lurex dress- got so many compliments!
I love everything about this dress EXCEPT the strap length. I had to pin over 2” out of the length to make it fit like the photo on the left, and then I had to wear a jacket to cover up the pinned fabric. This is totally harmless if you plan to wear a layer- but problematic if you intend on wearing it alone!

Cute, but watch the front opening!
I like this dress, and can deal with the extra long sleeves by rolling them up. However- this dress really needs about 12" more fabric on the wrap. They just cut it WAY to close, and you will end up flashing someone if you don't wear a slip. It was cute for a one -time wear, but I wouldn't rent again.

Didn't flatter my shape AT ALL!
I rented this based on the great reviews, but it's a terrible shape for my body type. I felt like a rectangle with giant triangles for arms. Obviously I didn't wear this- I felt frumpy and unstylish. Maybe it's better in a thinner body with smaller boobs and a more defined waist?

Gorgeous skirt- flattering and looks expensive.
The floral pattern is jacquarded into the fabric, which is just lovely to look at up close. Fit is flattering, although the waist is large.

This is a solid "okay" rental- fine for work, but I won't rent it again. The sleeves hit me at a weird spot- wish they would've been a bit shorter to look more intentional. The body of this top is very large compared to the small elastic band at the waist.

I had to wear this buttoned closed to look flattering- when worn open it added a lot of bulk to my hips since the length is so long. It looks cute buttoned though. I don't think I could've sized down due to the arms being so fitted. Great print, and I got several compliments on my "power blazer".

This is more fitted than I usually wear, and I didn't realize it's a KNIT dress, which makes it seem even more clingy. I thought it made my chest look huge, but I had people complimenting my "tiny waist" and asking if I lost weight, so I guess it was only me with the issue! Everyone loved the cheetah print, and the color is perfect. The wrap part skimps on fabric a bit, so beware of the skirt coming open throughout the day.

Cute, but short and a little bulky.
I love the colors and the peplum detail on this sweater. It's very short, and tends to ride up during the day, so be sure to wear a high rise bottom. The yarn is a bit bulky, so it's not the most flattering silhouette. Overall cute, but probably won't rent again.

Great design, but the execution isn't quite there.
This looks adorable on, but the waist is WAY too small compared to the oversized chest and skirt. (And way too small for a size medium in general) The asymmetrical front is also not quite off-center enough, so it looks like maybe you just got the dress twisted in an odd way. I had several compliments, but also had a few people asking me if my dress was supposed to be off-center.

The pattern and color are perfect. The fit seemed small to me- especially in the sleeves. It wasn't uncomfortable- just be aware that your layer needs to be thin or you should size up.

I'm short waisted, so the proportions worked for me, but I can see where this will be short on a lot of people. The back hem is quite a bit longer than the front. I debated buying this one, and may rent again to keep it. It's a great upgraded basic that could be worn a lot.

Comfortable and lots of compliments!
Add this to the list of great Tanya Taylor dresses. It's eye-catching and super comfortable. The only thing that surprised me is that the sleeves are different lengths.... the dark sleeve has a "short sleeve" whereas the white side is just the ruffle with no sleeve under it. There's enough happening on the dress that you don't really notice it, but it's an interesting design choice.

The "tent dress" description is no joke. I went down 1 size, but it was still so huge I had to belt it to make it wearable. I recommend going down at least 2 sizes if you hope to wear it without a belt. The fabric is gorgeous and it looks expensive.

This is a great twist on a classic denim jacket, but SIZE DOWN!
The back detail on this was adorable, but I had to iron the pleats before I wore it - they arrived bubbly/messy looking. I had a hard time figuring out what to wear this with due to the extra volume. I typically wear a medium, and this would fit comfortably with the buttons fully closed, so size down if you intend to wear it open. Would rent again in a smaller size.

SOOOO cute, but SOOOO tight in the chest.
First off, the color is AMAZING, and you will get a million complements when you're wearing it. Second- the beautiful embroidery on the front means that the top of this dress is cut completely straight, so it will smash you if you have any curves. I could only fit into this dress without a bra, and can best describe the dress as "strangling my lungs". It felt like I was wearing a corset. However- it didn't look tight at all, and I loved it so much that I wore it twice, so there's that. :)

Extremely oversized - size down 2 sizes.
I really wanted to love this top, but it's extreme oversized fit makes it hard to outfit. I could only pair it with cut-off shorts - I looked like I gained 20 lbs when I tried to pair it with pants (even skinny jeans). If you normally wear a Medium then order the smallest size. If you're small to begin with, this top is probably not for you.

Casual bohemian vibe - great for summer
