So close & yet so far
The cut and quality of this dress are incredible, but unfortunately the pockets poof out and throw off the silhouette. If you have fabric tape, you might be able to make it work. Also, the slit in the back goes up farther than I expected. Runs large! I am usually a 2/4 and and the 0 fit well overall.

It's giving sassy Senator's Wife
Beautiful & classy tweed dress with just the right amount of sass to avoid a boring look. A few words of warning-- 1) If you will be sitting, be aware that it does get quite short so tights might be the ticket depending on the event. 2) I also had to go braless so that the front of the dress didn't pull. 3) Have a friend on standby to help you get it off! (For reference, I am 5'2" & a 32DD).

Classy & Comfortable Stunner
Rather than wearing black, I wore this dress to my grandmother's calling hours because I knew she would love it-- and everyone else did too! It was comfortable, classy, and the fabric is very lightweight & breathable. The hip details added a little something without being over the top. Added bonus is that you don't need to worry about any lower belly pooch showing up. Head's up-- the back dips low enough that you may not be able to wear a bra, so plan for stickies. Also plan to steam it before wearing, as the fabric wrinkles. So nice that I had to buy it!

Easy, comfortable, refined
I loved having a jean/trouser alternative that was comfortable but semi-dressy. The fabric is a little scratchy if you are sensitive. I was unsure about the elastic waist, but it was happily surprised at the fit and convenience.

Adorable, but huge (width & length)!
I loved the funky feel of this sweater and that the collar was black so I didn't have to worry about the colors not being flattering to my face. This sweater was HUGE (got an xs and it could easily be an xl if I didn't look at the tag). I wish it was cropped, but it was very cute & relaxed tucked in.

Outfit finishing perfection
This coat is an instant mood boost! It's an easy way to make an otherwise simple outfit fun and memorable. Comfortable & functional. I would 100% keep it if it was reversible and had the option to switch to simple black as well. Definitely a head turner!

I was surprised by this one! The quality was underwhelming-- the waistband is quite tight and the skirt is extremely loose. The combo creates a pooch effect that is not complimentary.

A fun topper!
A great piece to spice up an everyday look. It is oversized, casual, and surprisingly warm. The fabric can be just slightly scratchy and the quality is not high-end, but I've received several compliments and keep reaching for it!

Conservative, Elegant, & Surprising!
This dress is beautiful and stands out in a crowd. You can adjust the sides to show more or less to flatter your shape and the fabric is breathable and light but still has some quality weight to it.

Petite girlies beware
I love the idea of this dress, but it swallowed my petite frame rather than just looking "oversized". To pull this off I think you need a wider and/or taller frame.

Complimentary but very sheer!
The color, cut, & rouched detailing of this top were beautiful and so complimentary but the sheer fabric was very limiting. I wore nude pasties and was fine, but if you need a strapless bra it would absolutely show through.

Surprisingly versatile, but SHEER
The fit and look of this skirt were absolutely beautiful and all of the colors allowed a lot of different outfit combinations! Be warned it is VERY thin & sheer-- so it is difficult to tuck any top into it without it being very visible (nude seamless underwear are also a must).

Adorable & Versatile Bag
I almost kept this bag & got so many compliments! It is darling and so versatile due to the reverse side being neutral. If it was just a bit larger and could fit my I-pad that I use for work it would be staying in my closet. The only other complaint that I would have is that the strap tended to come unclipped easily. LOVED it!

Amazing quality, SO warm
Lovely high quality sweater with just a touch of interest. Fantastic for cold weather when you don’t want to bundle up with layers galore. Runs a little small, maybe just due to the fabric. I loved it but was sweating at dinner!

Beautiful skirt, runs large & long
I usually wear a 2/0 and the 00 still gave me plenty of room at the waist. Length wasn’t very complimentary with my height (5’2”) as it hit just above my ankle so wearability was limited to a formal look with heels.

My shoulders are a bit broad compared to the rest of my frame this blazer fit perfectly. No dimples or wrinkles to be found. I also appreciated how beautiful the lining was for rolling the sleeves. I never want to send it back!

Easy finishing touch
This blazer is more oversized than I expected (particularly in width and length), but a great finishing touch to elevate an otherwise casual outfit. I rolled up the sleeves which, helped with proportions. Easy!

Would be great for tall girls!
I had high hopes, but this fit was not especially flattering. The buttons up the hip ended at a wide point rather than pulling the jeans it to accentuate my waist and the length was too long to expose any ankle for sneakers. I also had bunching in the pooch area and overall didn't feel comfortable wearing this one. I think someone taller with a larger bust could pull it off beautifully!

Tight in hips/bum, roomy in middle
The quality and fabric/pattern is beautiful, but the fit is a bit odd. The hips were a bit tight and the dress looked shorter than expected, especially with the ruffle present in the front but not back of the dress. Because the hips were tight, the dress also seemed to ride up on me and created a pooch with extra fabric around the midsection though you can't tell too much due to the pattern.

Understated feminine ease!
This dress is lightweight, flattering, and feminine with out being fru-fru. This dress laid beautifully without being too long for my frame. I would only say that there was extra room in the chest for me, which is probably why the V neck hit much lower than pictured. A dream!

Would be great for a tall, busty figure
My perfect size is usually a 4P and this dress was sent as a backup pick from a stylist without asking what I would prefer when my original order wasn't available to ship. It was far too long for even the highest heels to manage, several inches too wide in the waist, the V came past my belly button, and... I was just swimming in it. Would work for someone tall with a long torso/large bust!

I usually opt for slim cut gowns and regrettably the 2P I had ordered was not available to be shipped when my order needed to arrive. This was my first truly terrible experience with RTR. Several unreturned calls to customer service, unanswered emails, and purchasing my own backup dress at the closest Nordstrom when an additional dress was never delivered later... I was emailed nearly a week after my event and given a $30 credit. Horrifying. I hope this never happens to another customer.

Figure flattering & standout color
This dress was too long for my 5'2" frame but after opting for 4" heels, throwing on a strapless bra and tying the adjustable straps shorter it turned into a dream! The quality of the cut & fabric are worth the price. No spanx needed. I was so happy to see great colors at this Black Tie Wedding in Malibu!

This dress runs small and is very confining. This may be because I am 5'2" and the dress was a bit long on me but I could not walk up any stairs, and even if I could I would have sized up from my usual 4 to a 6. If you're tall and very slender, this would be a beautiful choice.

The shift silhouette made this dress ideal for the more conservative crowd and also allowed me to indulge in all the goodies without worry. The color was a standout and the details were so fun! Definitely a crowd pleaser. So easy!

I was disappointed in this dress. The photo makes it look flowy, but the thin fabric barely made it over my hips and pulled (not flattering). The mesh in the back looked cheap and almost like athletic wear. Hard pass on this one.

Definite wow factor but not great for dancing, etc!
This dress turns heads and is great for photos, but I wouldn't recommend it for a night you want to dance & enjoy yourself! The arm holes are quite tight and were uncomfortable/left marks. The fabric was thick but breathable and to make myself comfortable with the deep V cut I used my boyfriend's black Kinesio tape (stretchy & sweat resistant- highly recommend) to cover myself and add a little lift. I didn't have any close calls because of this trick, even while dancing, the black fabric tape blended right in.

So close and yet so far
I ordered this dress as a backup. The fit was absolutely perfect and very complimentary with the exclusion of the fluttery chiffon element. It made me look short and stocky, hiding the great fit of the dress. I would recommend this dress for taller ladies who can afford to have their bodies broken up into sections!

I was thrilled to rent this dress for a black tie wedding, however it was unbelievably small when it arrived and I ended up going with a backup. There is no zipper so you have to pull it on over the top. DEFINITELY order a size up- Spanx won't cover it. On the positive side, the rouching makes it very easy to adjust the length which is great for petite girls. It would have been stunning in the right size!

The fit is for an athletic build, however I did have to pin the straps shorter so the bust didn't droop/fold (I am 34b). I had originally ordered a 2P but the dress was unavailable to ship when the date arrived. The 4P was very comfortable and fit well after a few temporary adjustments. The customer service (Shoutout to Emily!) was amazing and sent me a free pricier dress just in case the 4P didn't work out. The petite length was perfect with 4 inch heels (I am 5'2") and I received plenty of compliments throughout the evening. The color is a striking magenta/orchid (depending on the lighting) and stood out at the black tie wedding without being over the top. It was a ball to dance and twirl in with the flowing fabric in the back. Absolutely recommend!
