Looked great with a blazer for work, but you NEED shapewear under this dress. The fabric at least in this color is not forgiving.

THIS SKIRT!
Amazing fit, such beautiful fabric, got compliments all day long. Fits true to size, I'm usually at 10 on bottom (sometimes 12 depending on designer) but this grazed hips perfectly and is just so incredible. I would have worn it 10 times if I had 10 different places to go since this skirt is unforgettable.

This dress is beautiful, the fabric, the print, the cut. But, it runs small!
Beautiful, but runs small. I've worn an 8 or 10 in other Milly dresses and need a 12 in this. It is not as a-line as it appears on the model and the slip underneath is cut quite close to the body. I will rent in the 12 though because of how beautiful it is.

My favorite blouse ever
This is my favorite white blouse ever. It is comfortable, but still tailored and incredibly chic. I wore it with jeans and to work with dress pants. It is literally the epitome of a closet staple that takes you from day to night.

Great staple dress for work or casual
Definitely an oversized fit. I probably could have worn the small (at least on top). Such a comfortable and pulled together look with flats or boots and tights (which is how I styled it).

Because this was a high end designer I sized up and it still didn't fit correctly. The front panel was oddly cut as well and hit on a weird spot.

Great print, fabric okay.
I love love love Equipment, but this shirt fits very close to the body and not as shown on the model. It is short in the torso and in this print I just think a more oversized look is better. Equipment ranges depending on the cut and this is definitely one that runs smaller than say the camp shirt.
