Loved this dress, which I wore to a company holiday party. I actually was recommended this dress by a stylist after the backup size in my first choice dress became unexpectedly unavailable, and ended up working out the best. For all the ladies with cut-up shoulders and arms - rock this! It does run small, and is very form fitting - but extremely flattering, and made of thick stretchy fabric that is forgiving. I recommend spanx if you want an extra smooth silhouette. I loved it enough that I ended up renting a similar dress from this designer for a wedding a few months later!

Loved these earrings - would definitely rent again. I wore them to my company holiday party, to which I was wearing a black off-shoulder vintage dress and needed a pop of color - these fit the bill perfectly. Because they're clip-on, they started to pinch a bit toward the end of the night, but it was mostly fine (and better than the opposite - being too loose).

This dress was definitely my favorite RTR rental to date - and I've had many. It was the first time I really wanted to keep the dress. So classy/elegant. I wore it to a spring wedding, and I received crazy compliments all night. I ordered the 4L and 6L. The 4L ended up fitting better overall than the 6L for me, though it was pretty snug on top (I have broad shoulders). As a result, it was tight enough that I didn't need to wear a bra - though the tightness kind of flattened my chest a bit. It ended up looking fine regardless, but if you're big-chested or broad-shouldered I might try a size up. As for the length - it was borderline too long for me, despite that I am 5'7" and was wearing 5" heels. It worked out, but there were a few times when I stepped on the bottom of the dress. If I had wanted to wear shorter heels or flats, the long would NOT have worked. The look is very airy - but the skirt has a LOT of fabric - this makes it a bit heavier than I expected, plus going to the bathroom and getting in and out of vehicles was a lot of effort. Even sitting down throughout the day/night, I always had to gather/move/place the fabric so it was out of the way. Despite all this, I stand by my first statement that it's the best rental I've had! When people complimented the dress I had to stop myself from giddily replying, "I know, right?!"

In a word, this dress is fantastic. The fabric is thick/stretchy (curve-hugging without drawing out flaws), the color pops, and the cutouts add trendy/sexy oomph without being "too much" (because the dress is a sheath and the cutouts not too big). I wore this dress to a Vermont wedding, and found that a cream-colored cardigan for the ceremony/first part of the reception was perfect. The flaws: Really, just heed the advice of all the reviews, with which I will concur: it runs small. I typically am between a 4 and 6 and had to go 6 with this dress, although the 4 in a similar dress by the same designer (Purple Bardot dress) fit me perfectly. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The fine print: When you add some good friends, cocktails, and a dance floor, this dress WILL make you think you are invincible. When you put this dress on, you will be an unstoppable force of personified fun. You will have more confidence and energy than you ever thought possible, and you probably won't go to bed at a reasonable hour. You will go to the after-after-after party. I rented this for a friend's June wedding. I went with a 6 which ended up being a bit on the large side (had to adjust quite a bit). Given that the dress is snug/stretchy and ruched, it's designed to fit snugly and still flatter, so if you're between sizes I might size down. It worked all right though; I accessorized with the Ciner white shell-like necklace, which looked great. I liked the fit and style so much that I ended up renting an almost identically-cut Nicole Miller for a holiday party later that year (the Make Him Regret It Dress). The print and style/design are really fun and perfect for a night out, a bachelorette, or a summer party.

I wore the dress to my friend's outdoor wedding in CT - can't say enough about the style, fit and quality. The skirt is a bit longer than the picture makes it seem - slightly below the knee - but it's a wider/flowy skirt that moves with you, so it's still fun. If you're looking for something more form-fitting and sexy, this isn't the dress for you, but the silk drapes nicely. The only cons were having to steam/press it (which I expected - just good to be aware of) and the fact that because I was outdoors on the coast, the wind kept blowing the full/flowy skirt up, including the lining. Overall I was very pleased - the dress is feminine, classy, and unique. Lastly, I definitely recommend Nu Bra or some other adhesive strapless/backless bra that won't show through the thin fabric.

I rented this for my company Christmas party a while back. Fits like a glove, and the ruching effect of the fabric is extremely flattering. The fabric almost has a slight sheen to it, but the black color and classic neckline helps tone it down - overall a classy but figure-flattering little number. Definitely recommend it for cocktail attire events or parties.
