A bit big all over
Sleeves felt long (not usually an issue for me!), shoulders were big, waist was loose. It hangs well and photographed well, but I felt like I should have gone down a size. I didn't end up wearing it.

Short and small
This fit more like a medium and the sleeves were 3/4 length on me. Tight in the chest for 34DD. It feels like someone shrunk it in the wash. Feels like a light muslin and probably best for a warm spring day.

Run slightly large. Comfortable
Overall I liked these though they had a bit of a pouch in the front. Good length for my long legs! I have wider hips (I usually wear a 14 or 31 in pants/jeans, but a 10 in dresses with free hips). These pants had plenty of room in the hips and if anything, ran slightly big (though not so large that I wanted to size down).

Not great for curvy hips
They fit in the waist but were tight through my hips. No stretch. (I wear a 10 in most dresses if they have free hips; usually a 14 or 31 in jeans.) They felt a little on the short side for my 5'10" height.

Deconstructed corporate attire
Perfect work dress, especially if you're feeling a little spicy. I've been between 10 and 12 recently; overall it felt a little loose but if I went down to the 10 it probably would have pulled across my chest (34 DD). A bit of a mini dress in the front (I'm 5'10").

Huge! But great for fall
This trench is super easy to throw on and cinch. Love the large pockets. It's huge! I'm 5'10" and the sleeves were a bit long on me (a rarity!). I may rent it again in a smaller size.

A bit fussy
The way the ties go around the back and are covered up by a flap of fabric is clever, but I kept fussing with it. The fabric is super lightweight and didn't hang well (you can see this in the other photos too - it's a structured cut but the fabric makes it messy). It was a nice dress (and I loved the pockets!) but I don't think I'll bother renting it again.

A bit of a miss
I know it didn't say it had pockets, but this dress just feels like it *SHOULD* have pockets. I mean, it's a menswear-style shirt dress, and men's clothing ALWAYS has pockets. I got this to wear for a work event, but the lack of pockets meant that I ended up skipping over it. Other than that, the dress was comfortable with a bit of stretch. Overall it felt a bit big (these days I usually wear a size 10), but it pulled very slightly in the chest. The nylon in the fabric makes it less breathable; I wouldn't recommend it on warmer days.

Not the most flattering for my curvy hourglass shape. It seems like it's cut for a more athletic or straight figure. Felt big around the shoulders, baggy in the waist, fitted around my hips – I'm not sure I could go down a size. Very heavy polyester knit.

Not real leather
When I rented this (and even now, as I write this review), the description says, "Crafted from supple leather." It's not. It's polyurethane. A soft, nice polyurethane, but it doesn't have the same quality as supple leather. I was super disappointed, so I'm sharing this review so that others aren't surprised by the material. (RTR did the right thing and let me swap this for a replacement item).

Striking, comfortable, and fabulous
I wore this to a family reunion in Chicago and got so. Many. Compliments! From family and random strangers. Super comfortable dress, easy to adjust the sizing thanks to the elastic and waist ties, nice crisp poplin fabric. The only thing it's missing is pockets!

Small, especially in the bust
I usually wear a 12, sometimes a 10. The large was definitely too small. I measured the waist at about 30" (plus a little stretch in the back paneling), which was okay, but the bust measurement (flat) was about 32-34", depending on the stretch. I was smooshed. The waist was also very high on me. Other than that, the fabric is lightweight and breathable, a good transition dress.

When I bought this the XLR was marked as being the equivalent of US size 16. It's definitely more like a 14. Vibrant colors, fabric is lightweight and comfortable. I don't love the sleeves (and they are a bit tight right before the ruffle). Very slight gaping in the chest. Lots of room in the waist and free hips. Worth noting: the fabric is semi-sheer when backlit.

Work and going out and everyday!
Loved loved loved this dress. Whenever I walked I felt like I was floating. I wasn't sure about sizing and ordered a size too large, but made it work because I could tighten it with the sash. Next time I'll order a size or two down. The long is quite long.

Work to cocktail party
Loved this dress. Wore for work-to-holiday-party (dressed up with jewelry), then again when I visited family. Fabric is heavy but comfortable and drapes beautifully (even my husband mentioned the drape). I think it runs a tiny bit large; there was a bit more room in the waist than I would have liked and I may try a size smaller in the future. The hemline is really cool.

I can see why this dress gets good reviews - it has a comfortably weighted drape and stretches and flows nicely. I wasn't sure it'd be the right fit for me, and it ended up being too large in the waist. There's a fair amount of material at the waist; I think it would be fine if it fit more closely, but as it was it added bulk. The hips fit just fine (I have very wide hips), as did the bust. But overall, I would have been better off going down a size (were it available).
