It runs very small. I ended up not wearing the skirt.
The waist line is too small to fit right for me. I generally wear size 4, but this skirt feels like XS.

Elegant but fun!
It was gorgeous and make you feel fun wearing. The only thing is that the waist line is a little tight, but other than that, it was appropriate for work, elegant, and fun.
