This dress is great for being outside in the middle of July. It's great for tall women because it's long enough to go past your knees. It's super comfortable and flattering.

The dress was perfect for a hot day being outside, light-wieght and comfortable. I found that it was a little bit see-through, and since it's a fairly short dress, I didn't have anything available to put under it. I've never worn a wrap before so didn't know what to expect, but there isn't anything to tack the front part down so when a breeze would come, it would blow up in the front a bit.
