Runs really small.. not sure the short girl
Dress runs SUPER small. I usually am a 4, ordered up, 6 was STILL super tight. Also looks weird on shorter girls. The slit hits in a weird spot. Not the best dress!

Very pretty dress. Wore to a black tie gala. The dress definitely runs short! I'm 5'3 and ordered a 2L and 4R. I had to go with the 2L because after I put on my heels (4 inches) the dress was pretty short for formal standards. But other than that .. very cute and runs absolutely true to size.
