I rented this to wear to a wedding at 26 weeks pregnant after seeing many other reviews saying it worked well for maternity. My usual size and one size larger both were not even close to fitting. If you're pregnant, definitely order at least two sizes up or even better, find something different altogether. The waist is high but it's not stretchy and has a zip, so there is no forgiveness.
