It was not my first pick, or even my tenth. The dress I ordered was returned damaged. This was sent after the replacement dress was too large. However, I do believe it turned out great! The dress ran a tad large, I could’ve sized down. I received lots of compliments! It was easy to wear (could wear a normal bra) sparkles in the evening light, and I totally could dance the night away. I would recommend this dress to others and rent the runway. I’ve always had great experiences but even with this time not being perfect, the customer service that I experienced was top notch! And I love being able to go to these events and not running into anyone with the same dress!

The dress is beautiful! I received many, many compliments on the dress and how it looked on me. I was very pleased with the actual dress. However, I did have issues that they sent my backup dress and it had a hole in it (in the beadwork part). When I contacted them about it, they immediately overnighted a replacement dress. I was very thankful for that so I could still have my choice of two sizes. But only the next day when I received the replacement dress there were two slips and no beadwork part. Leaving me with a few tears and frustrations, as I felt the 18 was too small. I ended up having to wear it. My husband said it looked fine in the 18. And since I did not have any other choice I went with it. I will try RTR again, and hopefully will not have quite so many problems! I was pleased with the look of the dress, & I do normally wear an 18, post baby #4 & that's the size I ended up wearing.
