This dress is so comfy and fun, it was perfect for a friend's outdoor engagement party. I did wear it belted to define the shape a little. This dress is also really long. I'm 5'7" and with a belt and flats, the regular skimmed the ground--which was perfect for me, but could be a problem for someone shorter. I also had to use fashion tape on the sides to hide my strapless bra, which I wasn't expecting. Would definitely recommend it though!

Rented this for a winter black tie affair and it was a great choice, I would rent it again. Not a whole lot of wow factor, but very classic. Everyone else is right, the material is just like a scuba suit. I felt like this made it slightly less formal than some dresses but it was pretty nice when someone spilled a drink on me and it just rolled off like nothing happened! Definitely cannot wear a normal bra with this, but a strapless one worked great for me. Wish I would have gotten the long, because even in flats it was shorter than I'd have liked, although not unwearable.

Wasn't my favorite shift dress but it was still cute and definitely worth it since it was so affordable. The color is really pretty and feminine, which was perfect for the spring wedding I wore it to. I felt like there was more excess material around the waist than on all the shift dresses I own. I usually wear a 4 or a 6 but tend to down-size for these types of dresses and I wore the 2 here. But because of that, the dress was on the shorter side for me--definitely felt self-conscious while dancing. So if you have long legs like I do and are sizing down, I wouldn't rent this one if you're worried about being comfortable on a dance floor.

Definitely wish I owned this one. I received many compliments and the color was gorgeous! On me the dress revealed more cleavage than pictured on the model. I did find it a little tight in the rib cage since the material doesn't stretch, not inhibiting just noticeable at first. Before receiving the dress I was worried it would be too short with my long legs but it hit at an appropriate length. Bonus: Was able to keep my phone in the pockets the whole night and barely noticed it.
