I ordered the size 6 and 8 and the 8 fit just right. I could not wear a bra with it, as the back was a little too low for that but I was fine going without. The fabric was thick enough that all the bumps and imperfections didn't really show through, and it was a little stretchy, so it's pretty forgiving. The only problem I had was that because of the way the fabric lays, I was adjusting it and pulling it down/smoothing it out every time I stood up, because it would not smooth out on its own.

I am usually about a size 6-ish in dresses. The 6 fit pretty well and I could have squeezed into the 4 if I had to. It was nice, not the most fabulous dress I've worn, but it fit well and was flattering, particularly for people who have hips, due to the full skirt.

The dress was great. I agree with some others that the color was a little off from the picture (could have just been my screen though). It actually was kind of a navy color, but on my screen it looked more like a dark gray. This was actually a bonus for me when I got the dress though, I thought the blue was nicer. It fit great and was very comfortable, the ruching is really flattering and forgiving!
