This is NOT meant for curvy girls. This dress is meant for a figure with more chest and less bottom than I have. I ordered the size of my bottom and one size up. The size of my bottom allowed the dress to hug my curves perfectly, the size up was too loose. I had to pin down the straps on top as I could not fill out the top (34D). The back was open down to my waist, which I adored, but does not allow for ANY chest support. This dress also has a small train. This caused the front of the dress to be a little shorter than I would have preferred. I am 5'4" and wore 2.5 inch heel, the front of the dress was about an inch above the ground. Thankfully I had beautiful shoes on so I didn't mind showing them off! This dress is also FIVE LAYERS! Oh did I get hot while dancing! Overall, this dress is stunning in person and made me feel red carpet beautiful.
