It's fine.
This checked boxes for looking ladylike both at work and as "nice-casual" wear at a winter daytime party. Slight downside: it definitely requires a layer underneath for the scratchiness - no worse than most sweaters though.

Cute and festive!
Got so many compliments on this for the playful print and fun color in a sea of black winter coats! Though the fit is boxy, it's still warm (good for temps down to the 20s-30s). The sleeves were a bit shorter than I'd prefer, but I have long arms.

The legs are very baggy, and the waist and hips have a closer fit to give them some shape. They went great with cropped or tighter tops for balance.

Impossible to put on
Could not wrestle it over my shoulders. The shirt requires gymnastics for anyone to put on, and seems impossible unless you have a very narrow upper body. Muscles? Forget about it.

Cute and feminine
I wore this for a volunteer commitment where I was going to be presenting at a meeting for a women's organization, and I felt polished enough, but not too stuffy for the setting. As other reviews indicate, it was a bit short (mid-thigh) for professional attire. I don't have an hourglass figure, so it looked best with a dark-colored belt to cinch the fabric around the middle. As others mentioned, the sleeves run long, and were perfect for my long limbs! Would rent again - more likely for a fall or winter event.

Classy and unique
The dress fit well overall, and was a classy and unique look for my maid of honor duties at a wedding. It was a bit loose overall, but gave my non-curvy body shape. I was able to wear this with a racerback bra. It was long on me, but worked with tall heels. It had a rip in it near the hem when I received it, which thankfully, I was able to conceal with clear tape (word of caution: a wayward stiletto heel could snag and rip the delicate fabric)!
