The picture doesn’t do the color justice. Nice blue royal. Deep V but I have small boobs minimal cleavage but still loved the look. The tie covers the belly and the dress has stretch. It’s short but I like short dresses.

The color and the cut outs! I have small boobies so not much to reveal with the cut outs but still made the look sexy. It’s not skin tight which made it comfortable. Got so many complaints. Rent it!
