On trend but didn't flatter my figure
These are very trendy and I wish they were more flattering on me, but they were a smidge smaller than I'd like in the hips and waist. Even if they weren't, I think they are too wide in the calf to be flattering on me. I'm also not sure about the length. I couldn't tell if they were too short or if that's the style.

Very cute for fall
I thought this was cute on. I just decided it was too fall Safari looking for the events I had. I think the top is poplin, so it is kind of stiff and is more casual IMO.

Odd fit
Did not work for my hourglass figure. It was tighter in the hips than ideal and it made it pull when I tied the belt. Just looked singularly awful on me which was a shock because I thought it would be a slam dunk. Usually dresses that tie in the waist are my faves and Derek Lam is one of my favorite designers.

I think these would have been super cute if they weren't so small. Granted they were too small, but they really accentuated my post-partum belly. Bummer.

Would be very cute if it fit
It’s too small for me to wear in public (insufficient chest and leg coverage), but would be very cute if it just covered me better. I’d say size up especially if you are tall or have a large chest.

Not for me
I’m usually a size 12/14 so I got a 14 in this to be safe due to my chest size, but it hits right under the chest and then flares out, so it made me look bigger. It would have looked better if it hit at my waist. It was also a little loose right under the bust, so might have been better to stick with a 12.

Cute dress
Fit slightly large, but not too large that I couldn’t wear it. Unfortunately, it just was not particularly flattering on my current figure. It should have been a slam dunk, but something about the way it fit was giving maternity. I wish I had this dress when I actually was pregnant though!

Beautiful Dress
Loved this, but it was too small for me in the chest. It wouldn’t button over my ladies, but the waist was perfect. I would have to size up, but this was not available in the larger size. Runs small for large chested women IMO.

Classy dress
Slightly wide in the waist, but still looked nice. Would have fit better with a belt maybe, but I didn’t want to mess with that. I also think the fabric might not travel especially well.
