The dress fits tight through the hips, but loose on top. I wear a 34D and the size 0 fit perfectly on top, but was tight around my hips. The size 2 I ordered for back-up was just way too baggy in the chest and sleeves. The fabric was soft and the dress fit so nicely. The event I went to was more formal than I expected, but this dress still fit the occasion just fine.
