Go 2-3 sizes up if you're curvy!

I really love this dress and wanted it to work. I have an hourglass figure with very athletic thighs, which can make this silhouette difficult. While I did get this dress on, it was much too tight. I sized up 1 size, so if you have athletic thighs I recommend going 2-3 sizes up. But the dress is beautiful, and that back is hard to beat! (Note: I am 5'9" and not wearing shoes in the photo.)

This dress saved the day!

Ordered another RTR dress that was much too small. RTR kindly let me choose 2 new ones, and I had the good luck of choosing this one! I have an hour glass figure with very athletic thighs - for anyone in that boat I recommend going TWO sizes up. I typically wear a 6 and got a 10, which was perfect. I am 5'9" and wore 3" heels - the L was perfect. The dress felt like a dream, I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night! Thanks RTR!

VERY very small! Size WAY up if you have hips!

I usually wear a size 6, but got a 6 and a 8 after reading reviews. I have a hourglass figure, but always have had VERY athletic thighs. I couldn't even get the size 8 dress on! If you have hips, size WAY up. RTR was wonderful and sent 2 replacement dresses of a different kind, so one of those should work. Wanted to like this dress, but grateful that RTR is helping me still go to this wedding in style!

Great dress that's very snug! Get a size up for certain builds!

LOVED this dress; got so many compliments and many people urged me to buy it. Two things to keep in mind: 1) It is very snug. I got a S and M (wore the M) and wish I'd gotten M and L. L would've likely been more comfortable. If you're debating, esp. for a back-up size, DEFINITELY get the larger size. I am slim but have dancer/athletic thighs, so may not be an issue for people with a different body shape. 2) The sequins will catch your hair if you have long-enough hair and wear it down. I ended up wearing my hair exclusively over one shoulder for the night. Otherwise, really, really great dress! Creative, unique, and lovely!

LOVED this dress!

This dress was amazing. Everyone loved it, including me! I am 5'9" (145lb), always wear L, and usually wear size 4. This dress was out of 4L when I needed it, so I went with 4R. It still looked lovely, but was definitely not floor-length. 4L would have been just perfect. Nevertheless, it looked stunning, stayed up well without fashion tape and even better with. The one thing that surprised me is that your right leg is *entirely* outside of the dress. I thought the slit would be narrow, so your leg would peak out; it's wide, so your leg is entirely exposed. As long as you're okay with that, it's GORGEOUS! Wish I could wear it all the time.
