If its small, make it higher on the waist
pull it up higher on the waist if it's too snug on hips. Good fabric, great for hourglass. Can be dressed down, with effort.

I have narrow shoulders so thats a plus. But it has a boat neck so its best without a shirt underneath and i like to be able to remove my sweaters

So comfortable because of the lining. I would have bought it but its dry clean only. Hood for many body shapes but least for hour glass/ pear as it does make the waist look as wide as hips.

This is best for weather 65+. It’s not particularly great for wind either. It looks cute and it’s probably best for an out layer on top of exercise clothes.

I had to use safety pins to bring the straps closer in. I followed size guide but the top of chest was 6-8 inches wider than me! Love the color. Material not soft.
