This dress was gorgeous. It fit me perfectly (I wore the size 2) The zero would have been fine too, the only difference I noticed really was that it was a bit shorter. I was just more comfortable with the length in the 2. I wore a sticky bra so I wouldn't have straps showing but you may not really need a bra, especially if you're smaller on the top like I am. I received many compliments on this dress- I wore it to a breast cancer benefit and the pink color was perfect!

I didn't end up wearing this dress because it was my back-up style and it wasn't quite dressy enough for the occasion. However, I did really love the dress and it fit perfectly. I am pretty petite (34A, 5'3" tall, etc.) and it can be difficult to find dresses that don't look frumpy because they're overall too big and/or long. This dress was awesome and I highly recommend it!
