Cute but very short
I got this for work/drinks with friends and the dress was definitely too short for work. I ended up pinning it and wearing it as a shirt. Wouldn't rent again

I would size up, I found that number sizes associated with the XS-XL are most likely correct. I think this didn't give me too much cleavage. I recommend giving this a try!

I felt this dress was a little short, I think if you are between sizes you should size up. I didn't find this exceptionally flattering and wouldn't rent again. Also I had to pin the chest area in a spot so there wouldn't be gapping.
