Professional, fits super well even with a bust
Team RTR Review: I wore this buttoned up and was surprised to find it actually fits! Cinched at the waist, forgiving in the bust, I could actually button it up! I feel like you could wear this fully open or closed, with the matching pants or to spruce up a cute LBD

Team RTR Review: Felt like a fairytale princess in this dress. The puff sleeves! The square neck! The cinched waist and midi length. THE POCKETS! I'd wear this every day dressed down, or dressed up with the right accessories. If you don't have a larger bust I think you could easily size down, otherwise true size fits like a dream!

STUNNING
Team RTR Review: unbelievable formal gown with draping details. Lots of give in the material, but structured and absolutely beautiful. Off the shoulder, so strapless bra would be good here. This gown hit the floor for my height wearing flats, so I'd probably wear with heels.

Team RTR Review: Gorgeous form-fitting midi floral dress. I could honestly wear this to work with sneakers, or dressed up with heels. I could see this being SO glamorous but also felt so chic and cute for work too! If you have a larger bust, you might need a buddy to help zip up the back, but otherwise fit like a glove!

Gorgeous midi dress, flowy and comfortable. Be careful about which undergarments you wear, but otherwise a gorgeous piece you can dress up or down with the right shoes and accessories!

Super cute, feminine, summer dress! I have a very large bust, and wide hips, and the 12 fit perfectly. It was a bit snug, though, so I would definitely suggest sizing up for backup if you're between sizes. The waist is very fitted and the hips flare out a bit, but not in a bulky way! The fabric had a small amount of stretch to it while zipping up, which contributed to the snug waist fit, but also meant the sleeves were comfortable and slim fitting at the same time. The top is somewhat see-through, with a a light tan-colored slip under the pink lace layer, so I would recommend with a skin-colored bra, bra with thin straps, or strapless. At 5"8 the skirt hit just above my knees. The dress is a loud, gorgeous, color with feminine accents, so I would go light on the accessories and let the dress speak for itself!

I usually wear a 12 but have a large bust so rented this in a 14 and it fit perfectly, if a bit baggy in the stomach area. Looked so glamorous! You might be able to get away with renting true to size if your bust is normal or smaller. the high/low hem is stunning!
