VaVaVoom!
This is a gorgeous, glamorous gown. Very "old-hollywood" style. It has a mermaid skirt, but not so pronounced that it exaggerates the effect. I have curves, but I think this dress would make even the straightest body type look a bit curvier! The skirt is a thick fabric. I'm glad it was cool the night of my event or I could have easily overheated. I ordered the 6L with 8L as a backup. Honestly, there wasn't that much difference in the sizes, but I felt like the 6L draped better, and the zipper on the 8L was impossible. So in the end I chose which size I would wear based on ease of zipping! The back is really dramatic, and is a nice surprise. I wore a strapless bra with one strap around the neck, halter-style, and pulled the back down low so it didn't show. The long length was perfect with 4-inch heels - dress just skimmed the floor.

Caped Superhero!
This was a backup, and I didn't wear it. But I love this gown, and will definitely rent it for another occasion! The color is gorgeous. It hangs just right and accentuates curves, not sack-like at all! Can wear with strapless bra. No shapewear necessary. The 6L skimmed the floor with 4-inch heels, and was true to size.

An Everywoman Dress
Lovely dress! The fabric is forgiving. Kind of a bodycon fabric without the "con" part - thick and stretchy but does not show every lump and bump. The peekaboo bit at the bust is sexy without being over the top, can be worn to a corporate event. Runs large - I think I could have gone down at least one size, but it wasn't available. I wore it with gold shoes and jewelry, my favorite neutral. I can't imagine a body this dress wouldn't compliment - highly recommend!

Sparkly and holiday party-perfect!
I wore this to my husband's office holiday party. It is appropriately covered-up for such an event, while still being festive and having the nice surprise of the pretty low back (the best part of the dress!) I wore the 6, which was a bit large. While the 4 fit perfectly, it clearly had not been cleaned and reeked of someone else's perfume. I was able to wear a regular bra and pin the dress to it in a way that covered it with no issues. Great rental!

Cute, but not a standout
This dress was just ok. I wore my backup size 6 because the band at the waist has no give and I wanted some extra room. It arrived with a couple of small holes in the outer tulle layer, but they didn't show because there is enough fabric there to cover them up. It also arrived looking like it had been wadded up into a ball for shipping, so I had to get it pressed. I thought it would be more interesting than a basic LBD, because of the lace details and flouncy tulle skirt, and close-up it was. Just didn't really stand out in any way.

I was looking forward to this dress and was so disappointed when neither size fit properly. The issue is the lining. In the size 4L the dress fit ok, a little big, but the lining that goes halfway down the thigh is super tight. I thought maybe it was defective. There was no stretch to it, so it showed through the dress where it cut into my thighs. looked like stuffed sausage legs - not a look I was going for. In my backup size, the 6L, the lining was fine, but the rest of the dress was huge. My only RTR miss thus far. 2 stars for the gorgeous color and design. why ruin with an ill-sized lining that isn't even necessary?

Like walking on clouds
This was my backup dress. It felt GREAT on. The way the dress moves when you are walking is lovely. It kind of floats along behind you. One woman told me "your dress walks really well." Looks better moving than standing. So keep dancing! A bit loose around the halter arm/neck area - it hung down more than I like. I'm 5'8" and the regular hit the ground in back with 4 inch wedges. I think because of the high-low hem it would be difficult for this dress to look "to short" or "too long." Overall excellent rental.

Old school glam
This is a real showstopper. Wore it to an awards event for my husband. I ordered this one as my backup and ended up wearing it because it is just so lovely. It highlights every curve and even creates some where you don't have them (I have a flat backside but this dress gave me a bit of a boost!) I wore the 4L with 3-inch heels, perfect length. Because it's stretchy, you can pull down or up a bit to adjust length without affecting the overall look. I wore diamond studs and no other jewelry - the beautiful sweetheart neckline IS the jewelry! Got lots of compliments and even a text from my neighbor saying "I heard you look like a movie star" - I guess her husband saw us getting into the cab?! It also is super comfortable and easy to walk in - a real bonus. Only con: someone else was wearing it at the same event. But another pro: she also looked amazing in it and it was fun to see how it looked on someone else! It's my first RTR experience and won't be my last. The whole process was super convenient and these reviews are very helpful. I just wish there was some way to know if the same dress is going to show up on someone else at the same event.
